a arm hitting bag mount

i have a 1990 isuzu and when you air it all the way up the the top a arm hits the bag mount. it doesnt have spindles on it yet. i dont know if the bag mount is in the wrong place. i seen an isuzu at showfest he had tubular a arms i asked him where he got them but he was an asshole and wouldnt talk to me. but if i get tubular arms they would hit the bag and that wouldnt be good. would spindles help or maybe drop control arms let me know something guys thanks
