I need help with noise...aagggrrrr

Hello everyone! I need some serious help. I recently installed a air ride system on my 95 Accord and i'm getting a loud poping sound through the speakers everytime i hit a switch. Also, i am having really bad alternator whine, esp when the AC and lights are on.
Here's what the system consists of: (3) 12" JL's W6'sFosgate BD 1000.1Fosgate power series 600 for front and rear spsOptimua Yellow Top under hoodStinger Dry Cell in trunkrunnin 1 gauge from battery to batter and upgraded all grounds to 1 gauge as well. Can anyone help me??? this is really getting on my nerves!!!
