I'm sure the Por 15 stuff would. I can't tell you for sure, but that shit dries hard as hell. I had some dry on a piece of glass, and I could not break it with a 2 lb hammer... Lol.

POR 15 will hold up for sure. you can also get the industrial sealer called wattite, it will seal a fat girls ass after a rib dinner.

Thought of a cheap solution for pipe bungs. Go to the hardware store, and pick up a 1/4" pipe cap. The ones that are made from pipe, not brass. Then just cut the dome off. You now have a $.49 weld in bung.
