I started sanding my car, im just taking a couple coats of HOK pearl and stock clear off and getting it back to the stock paint , I had one guy tell me to get a wax and dirt remover and use it before i sand or i will sand all that into the paint , and i had one guy tell me i should use it after im done sanding before i paint.... which one is true or more correct i should say
