Western Chassis 3/5 drop

anyone know if the western chassis 3/5 drop actually drops it 3/5 because it says all that comes with the kit is shackles/hangers/front coils/bump stops, it just seems like that wouldnt drop it that much... are there any extra parts i need with it?
