trailblazer front for s-10

I just saw a pic of a s-10 with a trailblazer front end on it and I want it. I had heard of it being done but I had never seen it. I want to know if the headlight assembly, fenders, and hood bolt right up or if there are minor or major modifications needed. If anyone has performed this swap, has seen it done, or know ANYTHING about it, please drop me a few lines. I would like this to be my next project.
