How can i get my 15x8 rims to fit?

I have 15x8 rims with 205-50-15 tires how can i get them to tuck? i have 4in blocks on the back with one leaf and 2 rubber bumpstops with belltech nitro drop shocks, front is just cranked torsions.any thing will help?
