Have any of you ever had any problems with HOK kandy paint. My brother runs a body shop so I had him do all my body work and now my truck is getting painted. Well yesterday he calls me at work to tell me that the silver base isnt covering for shit and that its almost transparent. Then today he calls me and tells me that after shaking all the cans of kandy, he strains one can and after running through a strainer 3 times he's still getting huge chunks of pigment. He seems to think the paint may be old. Any one else have any ideas? What other companies sell candy paint? He says he doesnt want to use the HOK paint on the second round.
