Belltech 3 inch drop leafs..

I have a set of 3 inch drop leafs and 4 inch blocks. The back is bagged but the truck hasn't left the garage yet. My question. Is this setup as unsafe as a mono leaf setup? On the leafs there is a main leaf and one smaller one. Figured I better find out before I take it out on the street. Any help would be great.
