Noob checkin in from Central FL

You ever see those commercials where they show Florida with clear, clean white sand beaches, with the sun shining and everyone is happy? I'm here to tell you its all one giant scam run by the travel companies.... don't fall for their evil tricks!
Anyways, I'm sorta kinda a Toyota noob, I've had a 91 Toyota Pickup 2wd with a stock 22re for the last couple of years, but really haven't had the time or the money to do jack with it... well okay, just the money, but still. It has 346k on the odo and its on the original clutch! (that really needs to change, its totally shot), only real issues I've ever had with it were a blown head gasket or two, other than that, its pretty much started without spewing its guts every time without fail!
Current mods: Custom Body Work (done in a mcdonalds parking lot by some ancient, blind geezer who had no business driving), custom paint (read: faded to primer and sand blasted to hell by high desert winds), one door speaker powered by high end cassette player! and my personal favorite (no, seriously), my 16x7 Lincoln LSC rims with 225 60 R16s on them, gonna go low pro when I get a new set, but until then, they make the truck look 100x better, even with all of its other issues.
Realistic plans: static drop, full interior including bucket seats, stereo setup with center console mounted sub, one piece rear window, shaved in the appropriate places and above all PAINT!
Wish list plans: 2JZ swap and suspension converted to 4 link and coil overs all around and 4runner front-end conversion...
To sum up, she's rusty, faded, loud but above all she is mine!

Well, that was wonderfully written, totally love the realism and the way you accurately describe what your ride means to you. Totally wish you luck on the mods and upbringing of your realistic ideals and wish list ideas for your mini. Welcome to yotascene and listen to some of these guys, they know what they are talking about and take pride in what they are doing, most excellent advice on here and yet REAL people with REAL TRUCKS !
