Has anyone done a veggie oil conversion

I am looking for some experienced stories and to pick some brains on the process of veggie oil conversion. Can you do the whole filtering process and have the veggie oil tank under the truck? I have heard of T'ing off the coolant and running a coil through the veggie oil to heat it up. Some ideas please
