Hey guys, 18 inch lincoln navigator rims...6 lug...any mods needed to work on a 91 standard cab mighty max to be bagged in the future?
The pattern is just slightly smaller so they will need to be redrilled with the correct pattern. Also what is the size of the center hole? They may need bored out or the tabs ground off of you hubs. I had a set of these wheels on my Nissan Hardbody when I got the truck and they did not redrill the wheels, but instead they bent in a couple of the lug studs a bit. I got very lucky and caught it in time because on my right rear one stud broke and the rest could have done the same. DO NOT bend the studs to make it work, it is dangerous and I don't want anyone having an accident because of something stupid like this.
I just remembered that they also had washers behing the wheel on each lug stud. So I believe the center hub hole will need bored or the tabs ground off your hubs. This is just my assumption so measure on this first if possible or maybe someone else will come in here to confirm this.
Grab a tape measure. 5.5 inches from the center of one of the lug holes to the next one after one is skipped. Count 1 through 6, measure between 1 and 3. And center is too small. Only toyota 6x5.5 do not have to be bored out.
Needs centers bored and bolt pattern redrilled
Anyone have any pics or a picture of a max or 50 with the Navi's on them? I had them on my bagged Hardbody and they looks pretty good, so I was just wondering how they look on these trucks.
go to streetsource.com and search the owner profiles/member rides, plenty of mighty max /d50s with them on there
Took a quick look and not finding to many. One or two with them but not layed out. I will look again a bit more later. Thanks though.
Are These The Ones Your Talking About!
