ive got a 85 d 50 4x4 auto, i think its got the 2.6L but im not sure how to tell? Body is super clean with no rust or dents, Very surprised being it has been the farm truck for 7 years, interior is layered with dirt, 4x4 works really good.
Whats the weak points in these trucks? mine has a new rad and hoses and etc, it runs nice but is lacking power, carb hesitates, i see a weber 32/36 swap soon. hope it will pass ca smog.

Hi,
I doubt a Weber carb would pass CA smog tailpipe test or even the visual inspection.
