im a noob to the forum thing but been buildin this and that for 22 yrs. i was wondering if anyone had info on a sas? pics and such, im not lookin to build anything as wild as the d50 on rocks but a reiliable daily driver weekend warrior. ive cut down a d44 out of a chevrolet fullsize to fit waggy shafts put in a posi. i got a old school 350, tpi setup, sm465/205 combo im goina twin stick and a amc 20 with a posi for the rear thinkin bout runnin 35"-37s. just lookin for some input
go bigger than 35"s. my mighty max stock can clear 35s. and i have 3" lift shackles in the rear now and its sittin on 36.5 groung hawgs. mine has a carbed 4.3, 700r4 trans and np241 t-case. but i wish i knew about sas or i would help you out.
how much did you have to cut out your front fenders cause i know for a fact you didnt stuff that big of a tire without choppin fenders and bumper
35's on a stock suspension? sounds like a load of bs to me! the only way to get 35's under a stock max is to cut the front clip off the truck or remove the cab and ride around with a seat bolted to the frame!
