4-Link Cross Member Bar Size

What size (cross-section dimensions) square tubing is adequate for the cross member for where the angled bars of the four link mount?

either a 2x2 or 2x3 will work..2x3 would be a better bet, but 2x2 works

it just looks better having a 2x3 run all the way across

What is the wall thickness on it?

you should be safe with either a 3/16th or 1/4
