shifter question

is there a company that makes a aftermarket shifter for the ford rangers A4LD? because ive been looking but cant find anything, and i didnt know if you could use anything or wat.

what do you me shifters?
like the one on the column or like a short throw....shift kit

like a b&m ratchett shifter, instead of a column shifter, something on the floor.
