what fuel pumps will work?

ok guys, i have 1998 ranger with the 4cyl 5spd 2.5l engine. i put a fuel cell in it and need to find out what external pump i can use. i have one right now, but its putting too much psi and is overheating. so what external fuel pumps have you guys used?
