93 b2600i jerking back and fourth

So my b2600i has been jerkin back and fourth while I give it any sort of throttle but idles off sometimes. Any ideas of why it would be doing that

Anybody in the backseat?


I would check your ECM behind passenger kickpanel, the capacitors like to leak and erode the circuit board, causing idle/wierd problems.

well still having issues, would not having the mass air flow censor on cause that issue?

You need the mass air flow sensor, its how the computer knows how much air is going into the motor, and how much fuel to give that air.
