Can Anyone Help? PLEASE

As stated in the linked thread, I know I am a mooching, non contributing newb, but can anyone shed some light or give me any ideas at all on my problem with my '83 described in this :// Sorry for the double post but getting desperate and am in hopes maybe someone will see this that might not necessarily follow the 2.0 forum.
