Carrelton, GA - what's it like?

My dad just got a job up in Carrelton, GA and I was wondering what it's like up there. Also, what are areas that should be avoided up there?

pretty decent, kinda redneck but not to bad. there is 2 colleges there and its close to atl and me, its 25 miles from me

all i know so far about gas is that the farther west and north the more necks become red. such as tifton and macon! avoid valdosta at all costs!
