Use the grey RTV and NO GASKET, and you won't have a leak from your oil pan! A lot of the gasket kits come with an oil pan gasket......so they can charge you for it!
Mazda didn't use a oil pan gasket, and here's the proof.......out of the Factory Service Manual.
