gas guage not working all the time

I'll guarantee you that it's the little arm on the sender.......it's only making contact through a portion of the full range of sweep. Pull that sucker out, and show it who's boss!

Here's a little write-up I did the other day about it, in Barrca's introduction thread......you don't have to pull the bed off like I do.....you can just tilt it like Cusser has done (in his write-up) instead.



Maybe I should copy this and add it to Cusser's "Fuel Sender How to thread" for an alternative option!
Anyway, lot's of good ol' pickchures there!
