Until this problem is resolved in the forum, please confine your discussions to solution sets regarding this problem as cited:
The rear right is adjusted and is good to go. The rear left is the problem. Everything looks fine. I have adjusted the shoes so that the drum just slides on. Once it is on, and I tighten the two screws, it seizes up the wheel.
The problem was the Napa brake shoes. The dimensions were off somewhere. I don't know where because I measured them. Couldn't find a difference. Returned the shoes and bought new ones. They work fine. It was that simple.
