HELP rear drum wont turn

It would have been fine to confine yourself to a brake problem. No one else has offered you much in the way of assistance there.

Until this problem is resolved in the forum, please confine your discussions to solution sets regarding this problem as cited:

The rear right is adjusted and is good to go. The rear left is the problem. Everything looks fine. I have adjusted the shoes so that the drum just slides on. Once it is on, and I tighten the two screws, it seizes up the wheel.

The problem was the Napa brake shoes. The dimensions were off somewhere. I don't know where because I measured them. Couldn't find a difference. Returned the shoes and bought new ones. They work fine. It was that simple.
