motor problem!

i got my 90 b2200 out of the shop in july, for a motor rebuild. it got rebuilt ONLY because it smoked bad... now it knocks,smokes,and i have to wait for a good hill to get up to 60. i recently found out my advanced spark wasnt getting a good vaccuum. so i fixed it as well as all vacuum lines. i am still getting no freakin power!! wtf someone help i can deal with the lifters knockin i can adjust them. but i wanna be able to get up to speed without ppl ridin my ass and cussin me out lol.

sounds like timing issue or vacuum leak maybe at the manifold gasket

sounds like the timing belt is off about a tooth or two. Or you have never owned a mazda and expect too much hahahaha
