shifter bushings?

just got some shifter bushings from atkinsrotary!
does anyone know how to replace them?
this is my first time and i figured id ask before i just winged it.

well i got them in and what a difference little hard goin to third but they prob just need to be worked in!

So how did it work out? I need to replace mine

its real easy just pull the shift boot and there is 3 10mm bolts then pull shifter out and its pretty easy to figure out after that!
