Which coolant?

I was looking online, and found all kinds of debates about "Mazda FL-22 coolant", and alot of different opinions that didnt really get me anywhere.
so far i know it has to be silicate-free coolant.
wondering what everyone else has been using in theirs

just the basic 50/50 mix .. its all the same
