Help! My truck won't start

i know there are a couple b2600i's at my local pull a part. i can find out what it would be to get one, and i can check and see if they are any good and i can let you know...

Another obstacle I'm running into is that the one in my truck is already remanufactured by Python Injection. I called them up and they said $290 for that R&R service. Ridiculous.


They put their part number back on the unit, so I don't exactly know what number I need for mine. Does anyone have a list of ECU numbers that will work for my truck?

Ok, well I found one about 2 hours away on Craigslist. I am sending the money order out for it today. He is charging me $75... so half the price of the cheapest one on eBay! Crossing my fingers that it solves my problem.

i found out they are less than 30 bucks at my local pull a part... but both 2.6's they had in the lot already had the ecu's stripped out... sorry...

Ah that's ok. Thanks for looking into it for me! I feel like the $75 I got one for was a good deal, lol. Hopefully it will be here by Friday or Saturday.

The new (used) ECU came in on Tuesday and I plugged it in, truck started right up. All is good again!
