is this block the same as our trucks?

I was wondering if this block would work with our 8 valve heads? I didn't know for sure and i want to be sure before i go ordering things that aren't going to work. I think $350 is a good price for a rebuilt short block and I've
been needing a motor for this truck for like 2 years now. I've got a good head and a weber just waiting to go on something and not having a ride for 2 years really sucks..lol.any help would be appreciated.

Yeah it will work. It is the same engine block.
