Torque to Yield Head Bolts?

I am replacing the head on my 2.2L in an '89 B2200. Do I need to replace the head bolts or can (should) they be reused?

I am not sure if these are Torque to Yield bolts or not. If I do need to replace them, then are there any suggestions on where to pick up a set?

some people will tell you that its fine to reuse them. personally i wouldnt and its not really recommended but you can get away with it if you need to. they sell sets at pretty much any parts store. i think the store i work at has them for some where around $40 to $60 for a set.
