Temperature

Hey guys, picked up my parts truck and it ended up getting certified. Driving it home today, i noticed that my guage barely climbed even though I had lots of heat. when its been warmed up, the upper and lower rad hoses have coolant in them, and are warm to the touch. any ideas?

my temp guage only goes up about 1/4 ways during the colder seasons (40 Fahrenheit is the low here) .... its cold up there ah??? even during the summer here (90-100 Fahrenheit) i never see mine up 1/2 on the guage

good its only about 0 Celcius here, and the needle is only going up about 1/8th to 1/4 of the way.
