This is what i ended up doing on the drivers side
they are high pressure 3/16th reverse flare compression fittings.
The thread is different than the ones enter the proportioning block
so the factory ones were used at the block.

Its either going to be a flared fitting or a compression fitting, not both.
If you say its reversed flare, I would assume you mean double flare.
In any case, what you have in the pic are flared fittings.
