putting 2600i fi on 22 bottom end?????

is it possible to put 2600i fuel injection on a 2.2 block if so how hard is it ?

Its not bolt on. The 2.2 and 2.6 are different motors, so nothing really interchanges. Wouldn't be really worth it for all the work involved. You would be better off finding a FI 2.2

I'm in the process of converting a 2.2 to FI. . .but the pieces parts are coming mostly from a 2.0 626 because the head is the same on the trucks whether 2.2 or 2.0.

The Kia Sprortage uses a FE (2.0) block with either a SOHC or DOHC head. But to do the KIA FI requires more work than I want to invest.

What year 626 do I need to look for ?
