hmmm....
Mine bucks,farts,stutters and stalls and runs like a general bag of ass.
So today, I farted around with it and adjusted my idle speed and took off the stupid hoses from the cab and cleaned out all the crud from them and blew out all the crap and then took it for a drive and noticed a HUGE improvement in engine response, overall driveability and the lack of hesitating and bucking.

It looks to me like your accelerator pump has a lot of play in it correct? The dust boot is shot I'd get a rebuild kit off of ebay and rebuild the stock carb i rebuilt a carb haven't put it on to test it yet though
