help asap

i had planned on doing the mustang cobra alternator upgrade what should i do about that plug for the choke?

did you just cut the wires and pull them through the firewall.

Choke wire connection behind alternator


I have a red wire coming out of my harness that plugs into this spot on the back of my alternator. Is mine not correct? I dont have my choke wired up yet because I dont know where else to go with the wire. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
