carb? beaten to death

I know it's been asked a billion times but i just can't find any solid answers on it. I have an 89 b2200 and I've been trying to get a pinto carb..."yes i said pinto"....everyone i know around here with a mazda has a webber and i just don't want to go that way due to the final cost. I need to know what size to run where i can find the adapter and linkage. Any help on this would be great!
