Project Engine Overhaul update April 5

NIce work man.

So I pick up a 5.0L engine and was wondering what you guys are using for a trans. I've heard people use the super coupe trans.

i am using a c4 auto but will be switching ver to a manual t-5 i am also running a 5.0L in y mazda /

is the t-5 trans shifter located in the center because i have seen mustang trans shifters loacted at the rear
of the trans witch will not work right?

awesome truck!!! love the green. one question tho. whats the reason for the geo booster?? to clear the front tubs?? im doing the same as you right now minus the engine and was wondering about clearance issues with the stock booster. keep the pics coming. keeps me working when its -16 out and i have no real hydro or no heat. haha now thats mini truckin. thanks and i have no idea about the tranny.

Yes more clearence with the geo booster its just about half the size.

Lookin good man. The t-5 has the shifter at the rear, so youd have to change where the shifter comes through the floor. Def dont wanna do that and have to redo that sweet console.
