Fuel pump block off plate.

Has anyone made their own? I just installed a electric pump and want to get rid of the manual pump.

I made one out of 3/16 aluminum plate. took the gasket and traced it, and cut it out with a jigsaw with a fine tooth blade.

Alright thanks. Do i just get rid of the return line?

yep, I don't have the return or the vapor hose anymore. I did add a vented gas cap, wasn't sure if the original was, so I just got one that was to make sure.

nope note at all, my electric pump only pushes 3 psi. I have had it like this since june and no problems at all.
