B2200 in a B2000

i am wondering if it is possible and if it is if anyone knows any mods that will have to be done. i am wanting to know if i can take a engine out of a 1989 B2200 and put it in my 1987 B2000. Any help would be appreciated.

its a direct swap if they are both carbe engines and same tranntyset up

the one that the engine is coming out of is an automatic but mine is a standard. does that cause any problems

the engines are identical as well as the tranny bellhousings. so just swap the engine from the automatic 2200 into the 5 speed 2000.

you will need to use your flywheel...not the auto one
