Easiest just to put it in 5th. Personally, I wouldn't restrain gears with screwdrivers. Even a small warp or nick in a camshaft gear or crankshaft pully can shred your belts in a couple of miles.

Do like I did.... Just break the damn crankshaft. Worked for me... LOL

Really don't do that... put in gear, ebrake, and block the wheels and then a high torque low speed impact. Like what tire shops use.
