no gas to carb

i am not a mechanic at all. i have replaced the fuel pump and filter and i am still not getting gas to the carb?????any ideas????i have also used carb cleaner and it will run if i pour gas direct to the carb????

you might have an obstruction in your tank pull the tanks and make sure there is no crap in it

Take your fuel line from the tank and blow air thru it, back to the tank. This will help clear it out.

if there is junk in the tank (more then likely rust from the years) you will need to drop the tank and flush it out....

will air in a can be strong enough cuz i dont have a compressor here???haha not kidding

is there a product i can dump in there???? seafoam or lucas? The bed is off so access to the tank is really easy.

if you blow air back through the system you will blow off the sock filter and will only have more problems in the futur pulling the tank is easy

so u suggest just to drain the tank and refill?

no drop the whole tank so you can remove the sending unit and look inside your tank to see whats all in there

not to sound like a retard but i took out the sending unit and glanced insied a week ago and saw gas but i ididnt look too hard, what should i be looking for?
