Removed ECU, and emissions

Ok, I have just started cleaning up my engine bay. Motor is at the machine shop. I will be putting a Weber and a Pacesetter on. I have removed all the ECU wires from the RS fender well.

Am I correct in saying that all that should be coming thru the firewall are the wires for the wiper motor?

Im not sure. but there are wires for the lights,sensors, and wiper motor. and you will need thoes. not sure which side
