Oil sending unit???

hey guys ive been told the problem with my truck is an oil sending unit so i went and bought one for less than 10 bucks but i dont know where it is...i think its on the left side if your standing in front of the truck any help please lol

its to the right of the oil filter

dunno for sure the 2600 the alt is on the other side of the engine but it will be in the saame place on the other side if so
