and if i put a weber on my truck can i take the ecm out becouse they are like 400 dollers for a new one

yes you can take it out and throw it in the scrap. can pull the engine harness out as well and re-wire your wiper blades.

I just left mine in place when I installed my Weber two+ years ago. I removed most of the stuff it controlled in the engine compartment.
