Truck dies

I think I have the dying from electrical issues fixed. Some loose wires on the back of the ignition. Now it has started dying on deceleration. Sounds like it's running but when I push the clutch in to try and start it back up from momentum there is no power and it bogs down. Pull over and let it sit and it starts back up? Dazed and confused!
