B 2000

I bought a 1987 B2000. The guy said he has 2200 engine. Is there a way to visually see the difference? I believe the 2000 has mechanical lifter (adjustable) and the 2200 has hydraulic. What are the other differences, except for the displacement, of course? Thanks in advance.

what does the timing belt cover look like? does it have a bump or vertical lines? bump= 2.0 Lines =2.2
