Well i have no clue what so ever when it comes to suspensions and such things, but i know a lil bit to work n fix things if they break....
Ok my questions is i had talked to a gentleman and he had said you could flip the ball joints and stance your truck lower? is this plausabile, practical or just some idiotic spouting any info would be appreciated, now i'm taking it as a grain of salt for now, but if it turns out to be practical i may just do this to stance my front a little lower for that off beat muscled up look lol.

it has been done a ton of times
flipping the lower balljoints from below the control arm to the top of the control arm gives you approximately 3/4"
its pretty simple, theres even a "how-to" on here

There's a ton of good write ups in the tech writeups section, if you have the time take a look.
