so i got my truck on air shocks on the rear hooked up to a tank and valves just like if they were bags....so my question is does anyone know what i could use on the front for air shocks like that cab plus in mini truckin back in the 1990's it was bagged on air shocks all arond and i wana do it like his cause its old school but if not im just gona put 2500s in the front and say hell with it lol
find a monroe shock catalog i donno they might have a website and u can find a air shock that has the same mounting ends on the stock shock for the air shock or spend all day at the parts house to match something up
well i tryed that and got me a set and put them on but they wont raise the truck cause there bottomed out and it dont lower
my truck anymore than.it is with factory shocks
prob have to fab up sum shock mounts so it gives u more travel
I couldn't really understand any of these posts. But I've used Gabriel Hi-Jacker air adjustable shocks to raise the rear of my 1971 VW for years. You just pump in air to raise them, they bolt in like regular shocks.
