Body Drop How-To's?

Are there any threads floating around here with good detail on traditional body dropping a mazda? Ive looked through some build logs but ive yet to come accross anything with good and solid information about it so far.

I couldn't tell you the difference between sfbd or a traditional. I could tell you some people channel, some cut off and rew plate the frame taking it down to like an inch or something like that vs. the normal 3 inches or whatever it is. Some people cut the floor out, along with half the back wall cut the height out of the rear wall and foot wells and plate back in where its needed... I couldn't tell you which build threads to look at for who has done what...
