smaller axles for our rear ends

What other axles can we get for our trucks so that the tires can inset more?? I like the 2wd body line and am looking to get some extra room for the fenders to lay over the rims/tires.

The toyota early 80s were narrow if I remember .

earlier mazda trucks were narrower so you can keep 6 lug. also mitsu montero sport rears are narrower with disk brakes and 6 lug.

I'm runnin a 84 Mazda rearend in my Mazda. It's like 4inches narrower.

If you run an pre 84 rearend you'll need spacers. The Nissan 720, And Isuzu pup both had narrower axles by like 2 inches also the Toyota trucks are different widths depending on the years. I've also been told that the Nissan pathfinder axle is shorter with disc brakes but not sure

Yes you will need spacers with a 84 rearend, unless you run billets.
