So this bagged mazda im gonna look at is having a problem. just from talking to the guy on the phone he says the compressor fires up but doesnt get any air to the front bags. its been sitting for a while. im assuming it could be a valve stuck closed or a leak. im not too sure until i look at it. ive never had a vehicle with bags before so i dont know shit. any advise would be appreciated.

truck looks clean. could be a number of things. electrical problem, malfunctioning valve, air line hole or even a busted bag. fire the truck up.... let the air build up..... hit the front switch and listen for any air. if you hear air when you hit the switch and the front doesn't move then theres a leak. if you dont hear anything then the valve is broken or the compressor isn't pumping air into the tank.

so it ended up being a shot alternator and an air leak at the tank. the rest of the truck wasnt as nice as it used to be, also had a hella bad mazda death tick. so im thinking about a bagged 94 hardbody now...

with that 2.0 the mazda "death tick" isnt as bad as you may think the rockers just need adjusted just takes a little time to do it right and as long as it holds good oil pressure it should be fine the leak well it happens just fix it and ride with your head high
